- Demographics vs Enrollment
- Demographics is always there even when student leaves. It contains information that doesn't change as they go from year to year - address, parent contacts, custody, etc.
- Enrollment changes from year to year - School, Grade Level, Homeroom, Counselor, Curriculum, etc.
- Quick Lookup - Click on the Student's name at the top of the screen. You will see:
- Search and Advanced Search -
- Search - Top of screen enter all or part of student name, "grade=xx",id number state or MTSD number.
- Advanced Search - parent name, phone number; ability to save a list and use it elsewhere.
